We want to make sure you receive your new hair, so make sure you enter the correct shipping address and correct contact name of the person who will be able to receive it. And all the express do not accept Po.box address, it is not same. This is your responsibility. Triple check it!!

If you make a mistake, or things change, write to us immediately at support@beaufoxhair.com and we may be able to modify your order. We can’t make any promises, as we process and ship our orders as fast as possible, but we’ll try to serve you!

Taxes and Duties Policy

At Beaufox Hair, we ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). This means that international customers may be inclined to pay inbound duties and taxes to local Customs authorities on your total order amount. Sometimes, the courier may pay these fees in advance, on your behalf, in order to clear customs faster. You may be required to pay these fees prior to being able to receive the delivery. The rate of these fees are applied by your country and we are unable to advise on how much they might be. This is normal for international purchases. Beaufox Hair does not collect from these incurred expenses. These taxes are non-refundable in case of return/exchange.

If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, Beaufox will charge you for postage. If you refuse payment of any incurred custom fees and Beaufox receives the product back, Beaufox will charge you the cost of the initial postage and a 10% restock fee.

International delivery to certain countries may take significantly longer than indicated due to customs delays, among other reasons.

Spain and Italy government require a fumigation certificate to be included in the parcel as they have strict rules regarding human hair. If you have your parcel sent to Spain or Italy the cost is $50 USD for your product to be fumigated and the certificate to be authorized. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to complete this process before we can send your parcel. This cost is calculated at the checkout. The Express Shipping is still free.

South America and Africa is charged tax very strictly, we suggest customers pay more attention on your country tax policy.

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges & returns of the wigs and hair that have NOT been washed, used, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached, worn,tampered, altered and the lace have NOT been cut. Since Human hair wigs are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

Time limit for accepting returns：

Our refund and return/exchange policy lasts 30 calendar days when you receive packages. In order to ensure your shopping experience and protect your rights and interests, please complete the return operation within 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

NO return & exchange for cap size customized wigs.

NO return & exchange for clearance products.

Policy for package damage or lost

Please contact with us and provide pictures if the package damage when you receive it, we will exchange new same hair for you free, and we pay for the shipping fee.

Please contact with express and us if the package lost, we will open a checking process from express, in normal it needs 3-7 working days. We will ship new hair or full refund to you when process finished.

Order Cancel and Exchange

No Reason Return And Refund:

If you want to return an item without any quality problem for exchange within 30 calendar days once it is received, please send an email to this email address with your order number return entitled: support@beaufoxhair.com we will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee. Return/refund for quality problem Please send us an email with your order number entitled if the item you received has any quality problem. such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.

How to Make A Return/Exchange

Step 1

Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after you received your package via email at support@beaufoxhair.com to explain the reason for the return/exchange. 

Step 2

Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-3 working days (a few days longer when during the vacations). After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return Authorization Number.

Step 3

Please ship the returned wig back to the address we gave you.

• We DO NOTaccept the return packages by freight collect. For non American customers, we suggest you ship your package by postal express, which will be a little cheaper than Fedex, Ups, DHL and etc.

Please do email us the tracking number to support@beaufoxhair.com after shipping out your returned package.
    And please shipping out your returned package within the next 3 working days after contact us Or your package will be rejected, and which will influence your refund. Thanks for your understanding!!!    

Step 4

After receiving the returned package, we will arrange the refund within 7 working days if you just request return, or exchange within 7 working days for return & exchange.

If buyer need refund instead of correct hair, we will full refund to buyer(include shipping fee if not free shipping) in 1-3 working days when buyer return the wrong hair.

3.The hair quality problems(For defective products)

✓ Buyer could return the package in 30 calendar days if the hair has quality problems, and seller pay for new hair shipping charge if it is hair quality issue, please provide pictures or video to prove, it will be easier to process it. If buyer need refund instead of new hair, we will full refund to buyer(include shipping fee if not free shipping) in 1-3 working days and it doesn't need buyer return the hair.

4.Buyer change minds(buyer don't want the item anymore)

✓ Buyer could return the package in 30 calendar days if they don't want it anymore, and buyer pay for shipping charge when return, we will full refund to buyer(include shipping fee if not free shipping) in 1-3 working days when return package delivered.

When Will I Get Refund（How soon will the user receive a refund） ?

After receiving the returned package, we will arrange the refund within 1-3 working days if you just request return. And you will receive refund money immediately after we refund to you.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will refund to you immediately after you confirmed, but when you receive the money depend on your payment.
