At Beaufox Hair, we ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). This means that international customers may be inclined to pay inbound duties and taxes to local Customs authorities on your total order amount. Sometimes, the courier may pay these fees in advance, on your behalf, in order to clear customs faster. You may be required to pay these fees prior to being able to receive the delivery. The rate of these fees are applied by your country and we are unable to advise on how much they might be. This is normal for international purchases. Beaufox Hair does not collect from these incurred expenses. These taxes are non-refundable in case of return/exchange.

If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, Beaufox will charge you for postage. If you refuse payment of any incurred custom fees and Beaufox receives the product back, Beaufox will charge you the cost of the initial postage and a 10% restock fee.

International delivery to certain countries may take significantly longer than indicated due to customs delays, among other reasons.

Spain and Italy government require a fumigation certificate to be included in the parcel as they have strict rules regarding human hair. If you have your parcel sent to Spain or Italy the cost is $50 USD for your product to be fumigated and the certificate to be authorized. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to complete this process before we can send your parcel. This cost is calculated at the checkout. The Express Shipping is still free.

South America and Africa is charged tax very strictly, we suggest customers pay more attention on your country tax policy.

Q1: When will you ship the goods and will the shipping be free?

Q1: How many bundles do I need?
A: Generally, 3-4 bundles for the whole head are enough. If the length reaches 20 inches, I suggest you order 4 bundles. Alternatively, you can combine the closure or brow to create a complete head.

Q2: Can hair be dyed or bleached?
Answer: Yes. Hair can be dyed and bleached. We highly recommend having your hair extensions dyed by your hairdresser as you will get the results you want. Or we can dye or bleach any color for you, please contact us if you need

Q3: Does your hair smell bad?
Answer: Guaranteed no chemical smell. Our hair is 100% chemical free. We not only care about beauty, but also care about the health of our customers! But we wash the hair at the same time during the production process, so there may be a little shampoo smell.

Q4: Will the hair fall out or get tangled?
A: Shedding: It is normal for the first few strands of new hair to fall out. We always advise our customers to seal the wefts and comb them with a wide tooth comb before installation. Excessive shedding can be caused by broken weft or dryness. If you cut the weft during installation, be sure to seal the ends and keep them moist.

Tangle-Free: No tangles because of our triple tight new technology. However, dryness, oil and dirt buildup, salt water, or not brushing daily can cause tangles and shedding. Follow hair care instructions and use a good quality shampoo and conditioner, and wash your hair twice a week.
