Instruction for Return:

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Pls contact us first on our website and let us know your order number. then we will provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund.

2. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

We will provide a RETURN period on unopened hair within (15) days of the date that you receive your hair.

3.DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with USPS, because Beaufox Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.

Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

4. MAY I RETURN MY ISEEHAIR WITHOUT CONTACT YOU?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

5.WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

Standard processing time is between 3-6 business days, Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not process on the weekends or holidays. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.

Although we try to get your hair to you as fast as humanly possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always best to give yourself at least a 3 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

We always ship from warehouses located in CA, USA or China. USA customers orders always ship out from USA by USPS or UPS., unless there is no stock, we will ship out from China. Other country orders will ship out from China, by DHL, UPS, TNT. 

 Please Noticed:

• One day in a week won't process orders-- U.S Saturday . Shipping companies all close on Sunday. Please choose the right shipping method with concern after Friday.
• Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays. 
• Discounts cannot be applied or changed after you've made your purchase.
• Multiple discounts cannot be applied to orders.
• Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after placement whenphone number missing or unclear address. Longer than that, order will be cancled and money will be returned accordingly. So pls make sure that you leave correct shipping address and telephone number when place order.
