Applicability of returns and refunds：
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges & returns of the wigs and hair that have NOT been washed, used, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached, worn,tampered, altered and the lace have NOT been cut. Since Human hair wigs are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
Time limit for accepting returns：
Our refund and return/exchange policy lasts 30 days when you receive packages. In order to ensure your shopping experience and protect your rights and interests, please complete the return operation within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
NO return & exchange for cap size customized wigs.
NO return & exchange for clearance products.
Policy for package damage or lost
Please contact with us and provide pictures if the package damage when you receive it, we will exchange new same hair for you free, and we pay for the shipping fee.
Please contact with express and us if the package lost, we will open a checking process from express, in normal it needs 3-7 working days. We will ship new hair or full refund to you when process finished.
Order Cancellation and Change
For any order cancellation and change, we can freely help cancelling your order and changing your order details ONLY if you could contact us within 12 hours after you placing your order.
For regular items (all the natural black color hair and wigs), we can help cancelling or changing your order any time without any charges before shipping out.
For custom items (colorful hair and wigs, such as blonde,blue,green ，ombre hair), 20% of your total payment will be charged as a restocking fee if you want to cancel your order when your order has already been under processing.
And an extra charge will be necessary if you want to do some possible changes when your order is already under processing. So we will be very appreciated if you could contact email@example.com for the details and the possibility at your earliest convenience if you want to do some changes.

No Reason Return And Refund:

If you want to return an item without any quality problem for exchange within 30 days once it is received, please send an email to this email address with your order number return entitled: firstname.lastname@example.org we will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee. Return/refund for quality problem Please send us an email with your order number entitled if the item you received has any quality problem. such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.
Return & Exchange Process(How to Make A Return/Exchange)
Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after you received your package via email at email@example.com to explain the reason for the return/exchange.
Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-3 working days (a few days longer when during the vacations). After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return Authorization Number.
Please ship the returned wig back to the address we gave you.
- *We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight collect. For non American customers, we suggest you ship your package by postal express, which will be a little cheaper than Fedex, Ups, DHL and etc.
Please do email us the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org after shipping out your returned package.
And please shipping out your returned package within the next 3 days after contact us Or your package will be rejected, and which will influence your refund. Thanks for your understanding!!!
After receiving the returned package, we will arrange the refund within 7 working days if you just request return.

Who Pay For Return/Exchange Shipping Charge ?
1.30 day no reason refund and return(For customer remorse)

✓ Buyer could return the package in 30 days, and buyer pay for shipping charge when return, if buyer exchange hair, please pay for return shipping charge and seller shipping new hair shipping charge.
If buyer need refund instead of exchange hair, we will full refund to buyer(include shipping fee if not free shipping) in 1-3 working days when buyer return.
2.Seller shipped wrong color/length/hairstyle to me(Item not fit description)
✓ Buyer could ask for exchange correct hair in 30 days, and seller pay for return shipping charge and exchange new hair shipping charge if buyer choose exchange hair,please contact with us before return.
If buyer need refund instead of correct hair, we will full refund to buyer(include shipping fee if not free shipping) in 1-3 working days when buyer return the wrong hair.
3.The hair quality problems(For defective products)
✓ Buyer could return the package in 30 days if the hair has quality problems, and seller pay for new hair shipping charge if it is hair quality issue, please provide pictures or video to prove, it will be easier to process it. If buyer need refund instead of new hair, we will full refund to buyer(include shipping fee if not free shipping) in 1-3 working days and it doesn't need buyer return the hair.
4.Buyer change minds(buyer don't want the item anymore)
✓ Buyer could return the package in 30 days if they don't want it anymore, and buyer pay for shipping charge when return, we will full refund to buyer(include shipping fee if not free shipping) in 1-3 working days when return package delivered.
When Will I Get Refund（How soon will the user receive a refund） ?
After receiving the returned package, we will arrange the refund within 1-3 working days if you just request return. And you will receive refund money immediately after we refund to you.
We will arrange the exchange within 1-7 working days for return & exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will refund to you immediately after you confirmed, but when you receive the money depend on your payment.
