If you don't want the hair, and no used it we accept return and full refund
if you don't like the hair when you only install it, we accept return and up to 80% refund
if you want refund and has been used it more than 3 days, we accept return and up to 40% refund.
if the hair has been damaged or could not be used, it will be not applicable to return policy
3. What Is The Return Period(How Long Will it Take to Return)
We will provide a RETURN period on unopened hair within (30) days of the date that you receive your hair.
In normal we will receive your return package in 20 days after you return it bacl.
4. Do I Have To Pay For The Shipping Of My Return
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with USPS, because Beaufox Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.
Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
5. May I Return My Hair Without Contact You
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
6. Who pay for the freight
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
